    The food is nice. the hotel is in a very central location near many attractions in Penang. - the best part is that it's really close to cafes, food outlets, city shopping, and tourist spots.

    New-fashioned unit with jacuzzi. A living room, a main sleeping area, and a safe where convenient. Incredible location in the commercial area, so close to popular seafood restaurants and beaches in Tanjung Bungah, and the centre of the town. Great food in the restaurants such as Hardwicke House, located 5 min away...

    Beds were not so comfortable.

    The location here is super convenient, with restaurants and cool places to visit like Padang Kota Lama just a hop, skip, and a jump away. I also really loved how everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore 🚶‍♂️ the room I stayed in was totally new and in great shape!

    Good breakfast with toast, noodle dishes and excellent customer service. Nice building and rooms with jacuzzi. Fast check-in, fast check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

    The room are very spacious, and the staff are very friendly.

    The dining table light bulb spoit, we have ask the housekeeping to replace the bulb but it is still not replace after our 3 days stay.

    Laminated floor inside the room. Make it to cold. Fix the carpet would be much better.
